My RED baby mixer....

Toyota Sewing Machine

Last weekend I went to Spotlight Liverpool to buy some yarns for baby stuffs. And while I was *in the progress* of looking the yarns section I saw these sewing machines are on sale 50% ..... watttt..... *shopink mode on*
I always wants to have my own sewing machine since few years ago, but havent got a chance to buy one also need permission from my lovely hubby....

And I dont know why at that time suddenly my hubby asked me if I really want that sewing machine (of courseeee lahhhh), and I said YES of course....

hahahaha :) so happy... finally I have my own sewing machine eventhou the brand is TOYOTA not BROTHER
This sewing machine is really a good bargain, 50% discount, have 32 stitches and many more (I forgot).
Last Sunday I went to Spotlight Castle Hill but the sewing machine wasnt on sale.. So if you want to buy sewing machine, go to Spotlight Liverpool .

Indonesian Cheesecake

Last long weekend I went to Jervis Bay with my cousins and friends (11 people). And I was planning to make something for snack during our trip from Sydney to Jervis Bay (3 hours drive approx). So I came up with Indonesian Cheesecake and Lidah Kucing.

I know it was too much to make 2 snacks in 1 night but I dont know what to do with the spare white eggs from the cheesecake. So Lidah Kucing came in my mind

Sorry a bit dark... :)

1st Birthday Cake

This cake was made for my sister in law birthday last week. I just planned to make this cake 1 day before her birthday.

So I was thinking of something that simple, easy and nice...

"Lapis Surabaya covered with fondant" and was wondering which colour that suit her...

I know that she likes blue... but blue?? I dont think so hahaha ( Secret: I dont like blue)
so finally I choose yellow and pink (my fav colour).

Took me 1 1/2 hours to make the cake and 2-3 hrs to decorate the cake. Fuih... so tired....

And I have to make buttercream as well to covered the cake... The buttercream taste to buttery, but luckly when the buttercream dried its taste better (not to buttery). I was trying to find another recipe for buttercream , and finally I found one. The new recipe (havent tried yet) doesnt use butter (which is good) ... I will try one day then post the result together with the recipe.
